Spring Selling Season – Garden Tips.
Spring remains a prime season for selling property and a clean and tidy garden plays a big part in that. But what should you look at for a spring sale?
- Address the front first. First impressions count, so get the nature strip and front garden looking good.
- Add turf for instant impact. A green lawn will make a big impact. Remember to keep it trimmed in between inspections too as people will drive by before they contact you
- Mulch gardens for a clean and tidy look. Mulch will make a garden look so much tidier and ensure it looks its best.
- Remove dead plants and trim trees. A simple way to make the garden look better is to have everything in it looking its best. Trim back bushes and remove all dead limbs, leaves and ‘sick’ plants.
Remember that the outside of your home can be as important as the inside. So keep it clean, keep it tidy, and make your garden an asset to your sale rather than something that looks like it will need to be ‘fixed’ by a potential buyer.
