I liked the fact and prompt they were with their replies, service and explaining the whole process. As we were first time home buyers, it was all very daunting to us and confusing but Tim & Caitlin made the process so smooth and easy.  Any questions we had whether they were silly or in-depth they explained everything so perfectly.
