Moshe grew up in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and has been in the financial services industry for 30 years, beginning his extensive lending experience at Commonwealth Bank in the areas of residential, business and commercial lending. In 2002 he used this experience to launch into the Mortgage Broking Industry with the creation of Niche Lending and with this achieved after the first year the award of “Young Gun of the Year” at the 2003 Australian Mortgage Awards. Since then Moshe and his business have won a number of awards in the Mortgage Broking Industry mainly in the area of Exceptional Customer Service. He now manages the lending arm of Astute Sydney City Central, providing his knowledge to the group nationally.
Moshe has an Associate Diploma of Accounting, Certificate of Financial Markets, Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), Certificate IV in Financial Markets and is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

Jason Nelson has been involved in the financial services sector for over 25 years, beginning his career with the Commonwealth Bank, primarily in Private and Business Banking. The past 11 years have been dedicated to establishing and running the Niche Financial Group, which has since been rebranded to Astute Sydney City Central.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accounting and Finance) and a Diploma of Financial Services, Jason is focused on providing a holistic approach, excelling in customer service.

Ram has 15 years’ experience in the finance industry, previously working for the Commonwealth Bank as a Bank Manager. Ram has a Masters in Commerce (Accounting) and a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking Management) and is a Credit Adviser with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
Ram’s background is in banking with Self-Employed and High Net Worth clients amongst his diverse client base and is experienced with loan origination for residential and commercial property.
Beginning with the end in mind, and helping clients establish goals and a clear plan to pay down debt and grow their investment portfolio, time and effort is spent at the outset to prepare and structure loans the right way so it lends (pun intended) itself to ultimately meeting the clients financial objectives.
